Update assembly.xml

The assembly.xml has been updated. You need to copy its new version over the one in your conf dir:

<xreporter>/src/conf/xr-assembly.xml to <conf.home>/sarconf/assembly.xml

<conf.home>/src/java

The following directory now must exist in order for the build not to fail:

<conf.home>/src/java

Update login/loginfailed pipelines

The login and loginfailed pipelines for form-based authentication, which were added during initial installation to the root Cocoon sitemap.xmap, need to be updated since they now make use of JX.

[todo: will people need to restart from a fresh Cocoon anyway?]

Tomcat and roles

[todo: role "*" doesn't work anymore since some Tomcat version, need to assign all users to a common role and refer to that role in web.xml. Not really related to xreporter]

Skin changes

The menu with output formats is now dynamically generated, skins might have to be adjusted to cope with this change.
