Multi-language support
TODO: this document(s) should serve as an overview of what's Daisy supports for multi-language content and translation management.
Quite some inspiration can already be found on the wiki.
This should not only explain the translation management features, but also best practices for working with language variants (e.g. set up one wiki site per language variant).
